What we make in stainless
Three areas we work in most – though if it’s stainless, chances are we’ve made something like it before.
Grades of stainless we work with
We work across the common grades – 304, 304L, 316, 316L and 430. 304/304L for general and food use, 316/316L where extra corrosion resistance matters (marine, coastal, chemical), and 430 for cost-effective decorative work. Not sure which you need? Tell us the job and we’ll advise.
Cut, formed, welded & finished in-house
| Cutting | Laser cutting (4m × 2m bed, stainless up to 15mm), CNC turret punching, guillotine shearing and sawing to length |
| Forming | CNC press-brake folding up to 4m, section & profile rolling for curved and architectural work |
| Welding | TIG, MIG and spot welding in stainless – plus electrolytic weld cleaning to remove heat tint and restore the surface |

Finished properly, not just welded
Welded stainless discolours and can lose its corrosion resistance around the weld if it isn’t cleaned correctly. We finish in-house – electrolytic weld cleaning, then polishing to a mirror, satin or brushed finish to your spec – so parts leave looking right and protected.
Common questions
Can you make food-safe / hygienic stainless?
Yes – worktops, tables, splashbacks and canopies for the catering and food industry, finished to a clean, wipeable standard.
Do you clean welds so the stainless doesn’t rust or discolour?
Yes. Electrolytic weld cleaning and polishing in-house to remove heat tint and restore corrosion resistance.
Can you do architectural stainless like balustrades and cladding?
Yes – including curved and rolled work for handrails, hoops and rings.
Do you make one-offs, or only production runs?
Both – from a single bespoke prototype to repeat volume batches.
