Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by SAMS Fabrications Ltd or used by us under licence, and is protected by copyright, design and other intellectual property rights. This includes, without limitation:

• Photography — all photographs and images of our fabrication work, workshop, machinery and finished products;
• Designs and drawings — our design work and CAD files, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD drawings and any DXF, DWG or similar files we produce;
• Text and written content — all descriptions, reference charts, guides and other written material; and
• Branding — our name, logo, trade marks, and the overall look, feel and arrangement of the site.

You may view and print pages from the site for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not, without our prior written permission, copy, reproduce, republish, download, distribute, adapt, frame or otherwise exploit any part of the site — including our photography, designs, drawings or text — whether for commercial use, competitive purposes, or to train or develop any automated system, machine-learning model or dataset. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your own drawings and designs

Drawings, specifications and files that you send to us to obtain a quotation or to have work carried out remain your property. We use them only to prepare your quotation and complete your work, and we treat them in line with our Privacy Policy.

Using our website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, placing excessive automated load on it, or systematically scraping or harvesting its content or images.

Reference information and tools

The charts, tables and reference information in our Useful Tools section — and any technical information elsewhere on the site — are provided in good faith as a general guide only. While we take care to keep them accurate, they may contain errors and are not a substitute for manufacturer specifications, current standards or professional engineering judgement.
