SAMS Fabrications Ltd has been designing, fabricating and finishing metalwork in Norwich since 1988. Our reputation has been built on doing work properly and standing behind it, and quality is central to everything we make — from a single bespoke item to a full batch run in stainless steel, aluminium or mild steel.
Our aim is simple: to deliver work that meets our customers’ requirements, on time, and right first time.
Our commitment
To achieve this, we are committed to:
- Understanding what the customer needs — taking the time to get the drawing, specification and finish right before work begins, so what we deliver is what was asked for.
- Working to specification — manufacturing to the agreed drawings, dimensions, materials and tolerances, and using materials from trusted suppliers.
- Checking our work — inspecting fabrications throughout the process and before dispatch, so problems are caught in the workshop, not on site.
- Investing in the workshop — maintaining and continually investing in our machinery and equipment so we can hold quality and keep our pricing competitive.
- A skilled, careful team — employing experienced fabricators and welders, and making sure our people have the training and information they need to do the job well.
- Delivering on time — planning and tracking each job from enquiry to installation so it arrives when we said it would.
- Putting things right — dealing with any concern quickly and fairly, and learning from it so it does not happen again.
- Continual improvement — reviewing how we work and looking for ways to do it better.
Responsibility and review
Responsibility for quality rests with the management of SAMS Fabrications Ltd, but every member of our team is expected to take pride in their work and to play their part in meeting this policy. This policy is reviewed regularly to make sure it remains appropriate to our business and our customers, and is made available to everyone who works for us.
